Colony House accommodates 94 residents. Our healthcare center consists of two units. Our west unit cares for traditional skilled nursing candidates in need of rehabilitation and assistance with daily living activities. The east unit is dedicated to caring for those people afflicted with Alzheimer’s and associated dementia. We also feature many welcoming common areas where residents can socialize or just relax.
Colony House Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a 2007 recipient of the American Health Care Association Quality Award.
